Our machines produce socks of a thickness you can not find but in a select few places. Those who have moved production overseas are finding trouble delivering the lofty socks found at Pickett Hosiery. In full production, we can manufacture 500,000 socks a week.
This building was originally the Baker-Cammack building that Pickett Hosiery acquired in 1983. The 86,000 square foot facility has both dyeing and finishing in-house. with everything in-house, we are a completely vertical manufacturer. The in-house aspect alone makes us produce with a smaller carbon footprint than many such operations – because we do not have to truck anything but finished goods!
